I offer a range of weekly HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Strength & Conditioning, and Specialist Postnatal Mum & Baby Classes. I also run a weekly Trail Run Club to get you off the road and into the Wilds.

Suitable for ALL fitness levels, from the complete beginner, to the elite athlete looking for some cross training!

Morning & Evening HIIT/Fitness Classes

Join me Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to get your heart rate pumping in the fresh Atlantic air. My outdoor, yet totally weather-friendly HIIT Classes are located at Wilder HQ (Old Driving Range) in Salthill. Morning sessions usually followed by a recovery dip at Blackrock Tower. I provide all equipment, but don’t forget your towel!

Monday 7pm - Full Body HIIT

Wednesday 6:30am Upper Body Focus

Friday 6:30am - Lower Body Focus

Wilder Strength Fitness Class

Join me on Tuesdays and Thursdays for my new “Super-Sets” workout. This is for anyone looking to progress their training with me and challenge themselves. This workout is metabolically and aerobically demanding and helps to promote increases in musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and physiological adaptations, while decreasing the duration of rest…. i.e., making it a super tough, effective and time-efficient workout for you! Arguably the most effective fitness class in Galway.

Tuesdays - 6:30am

Thursdays - 6:45pm

Wilder Mums & Baby Postnatal Classes

Begin your recovery and gradual return to exercise with my specialist Postnatal Mum & Baby Class. Designed for Mums looking to gently return to exercise after having a baby in a safe and supportive environment. Regain functional strength throughout the body, including the lower back, pelvic floor, and abdominal wall with this targeted and safe workout. This is an 8-week and progressive program.

€150 per 8-week course with 50% payable upon booking, and 50% four weeks later.

Classes on Wednesdays & Fridays 10:30-11:45am (chose one day that suits you, either Wednesday or Friday)

Babies & Toddlers welcome!

FREE healthy snack at the end of each class!

Trail Run Club

Get off the beaten track with my off-road, dynamic trail running sessions. Perfect for those with some running experience looking to take it to the next level.

A new 8 week program is beginning this March 21st in Rusheen / Barna Woods in Salthill. This is not for the faint-hearted and offers you a chance to do something different while boosting your physical and mental Wellbeing.
