I offer a range of weekly HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Strength & Conditioning, and Specialist Postnatal Mum & Baby Classes. I also run a weekly Trail Run Club to get you off the road and into the Wilds.
Suitable for ALL fitness levels, from the complete beginner, to the elite athlete looking for some cross training!
