Returning to exercise after having a baby can be a daunting prospect. Thats why I have undertaken specialist training in Pre/Postnatal Exercise to create an 8-week program specifically designed to get you moving safely again.

Wilder Mums & Baby Postnatal
Classes
Begin your recovery and gradual return to exercise with my specialist Postnatal Mum & Baby Class. Designed for Mums looking to gently return to exercise after having a baby in a safe and supportive environment. Regain functional strength throughout the body, including the lower back, pelvic floor and abdominal wall with this targeted and safe workout.
Mums please ensure you have Doctors clearance to exercise and you must be at least 6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth and 10 weeks for cesarean.
€160 per 8-week course with €60 payable upon booking, and the balance of €100 payable by 3rd January.
Classes are on Wednesdays in Barna (H91Y3XK) at 10:30am and Fridays at 11am - 11:45am.
Its an 8-week consecutive block, missed classes cannot be carried forward.
Babies <1 year old are welcome but must be able to stay still during class ie pram/play mat.
