Kick-starter - What You Get:

Four Fully Private Personal Training Sessions: You get exclusive access to my Private Studio in Barna at times that suit You. No busy gym floors, no one else around to distract you, just Expert Guidance & Instruction in a safe and private environment.

Full Body Composition Analysis & Strength Testing: I offer a range of evidence-based tests and measurement tools to assess Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Visceral Fat and a range of other health metrics to ensure you are staying healthy both inside and out! As they say “What gets Measured…Gets Managed”.

Unlimited Fitness Classes: Enjoy full access to the complete range of Wilder Wellbeing classes in Barna where you will focus on building Strength, Flexibility, and Stamina. I recommend 2-3 classes per week on top of our 1:1 sessions.

Nutritional Coaching, Support & Personalised Macro-Balanced Meal Guide

    • Macro-Balanced Meal Guide: This is based on your own individual measurements, goals, training capacity and our initial consultation. This means that its totally personalised for YOU!

    • Weekly Nutritional Tracking, Feedback & Guidance: Each week I assess your progress and intake making sure you are hitting your macro targets and stay on track

    • Educated Nutrition: Enjoy a nutritional e-book designed to nourish your body and support digestion.

    • Evidence-based Support: From someone who has lost 5 Stone through changing my own relationship with food and educating myself around Nutrition.

Accountability and Progress Tracking

    • Weekly Check-Ins: Track your progress and receive tailored advice through weekly check-in forms.

    • Community Support: Access to my “members” private Whatsapp where you can share experiences, ask me questions, and receive further support and motivation if needed.

    • Healthy Habit Integration: You will be encouraged to take on new healthy habits while modifying others in-order to help you bring about sustainable and lasting lifestyle change.
