Join me Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for an evidence-based High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit using training protocols set out by the American College of Sports Medicine.
They are an effective and proven way to improve cardiovascular fitness & endurance, burn fat, boost metabolism and increase lean muscle mass.
Morning & Evening HIIT Classes
My HIIT classes combine both cardiovascular and resistance exercises in an alternating cycle, switching from upper body to lower body. Its a tough, functional and full body routine using large muscle groups to help increase the positive impact on your body and mind
Monday 6:30pm - 7:15pm - Full Body Burn (HIIT)
Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:15pm Lower Body Focus
Wednesday 6:15am - 7:00am - Full Body Burn (HIIT)
Friday 6:15am - 7:00am - Lower Body Focus
