Wilder Wednesdays is back for the 3rd Year in a row this May with four free workouts down Blackrock to help YOU boost your Physical & Mental Wellbeing!
The Workouts
When: Every Wednesday Morning In May at 6:30am-7:15am (be down for 6:20am to grab your space)
Where: Blackrock in Salthill - the Green Area…where Wilder Wellbeing began back in 2021…
Why: In some quarters May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as someone who has battled with my Mental Health over the years, I want to share with YOU the positive impact that Movement, Connection and the Outdoors has had on my Mental Wellbeing!
What: A free 30 minute Bodyweight HIIT Classs* followed by a Social Dip and Coffee and Chats after! Bring your own Yoga Mat, Water and Swim Gear!
