Over six weeks, You'll follow a structured journey to improve physical wellness, increase mental clarity, and build a balanced approach to daily routines. This program is tailored to integrate sustainable habits and optimise Your energy and vitality.

Nutritional Coaching, Support & Recipes

    • Educated Nutrition: Enjoy a nutritional e-book designed to nourish your body and support digestion.

    • Guided Recipes: Easy-to-follow healthy recipes that make meal preparation enjoyable and simple.

    • Evidence-based Support: From someone who has lost 5 Stone through changing my own relationship with food and educating myself around Nutrition.

Accountability and Progress Tracking

    • Weekly Check-Ins: Track your progress and receive tailored advice through weekly check-in forms.

    • Community Support: Access to a private Whatsapp group where members can share experiences, ask questions, and receive further support and group motivation.

    • Healthy Habit Integration: You will be encouraged to take on new healthy habits while modifying others in-order to help you bring about sustainable and lasting lifestyle change.

Mindfulness Practices:

    • Daily Gratitude Practice: Start your day with gratitude through our intimate Whatsapp group.

    • Daily Positive Affirmations: Each morning we come together with intention setting for the day ahead.

    • Weekly Challenges: A series of small, yet powerful challenges which will help you step out of your comfort zone and help you to try something new in order to build trust with yourself and help you show up for yourself.


Program Outcome: By the end of the 6-week reset, you’ll have built a sustainable foundation for ongoing wellness, equipped with tools and habits to maintain vitality and balance.
