I offer one-to one Personal Training, small group sessions (2-3) and a clinically inspired, evidence-based Wellbeing Assessments.
Your Assessment will involve Lifestyle Risk Factor Analysis, Strength/Fitness Testing, Body Composition, Nutritional Analysis, Exercise Programming & Goal Setting to ensure you move forward with your Health & Wellbeing.
I offer a number of different packages and rates, we can discuss what suits you and design the best one for you!
