Classes are held in my studio in Barna (H91X6CD) on Wednesdays at 10:30am and Fridays at 11am and last for an hour. We make it social by going to the wonderful Suile Eile Cafe acrosss the road for Coffee &amp; Chats after each class so do join us! Its an 8-week consecutive block, missed classes cannot be carried forward. Babies &lt;1 year old are welcome but must be able to stay still during class ie pram/play mat.
